Oops...I did it again!

So, I was told by my blog watcher that I am slacking again...which is true. Since the last time of my blog, I actually got a life again! I have been hanging out with some new friends and some old ones. Just making myself available to opportunities and taking them:)

I have celebrated my birthday three times in March. Laura O. was in town but was unable to be there on the day of my actual birthday so she suggested Karaoke on a Sat. I then got some friends together and we went out for dinner at the Keg (Randy, Scott & Nikki), then Nikki and & headed to Chris & Amy's for some Rock Band, where Susan P. met up with us and Amy had made me a yummy chocolate truffle cake. Afterwards, Nikki and I picked up my friends Aussie Dave & Matt and we did some Karaoke!! Laura was unable to come last minute, but we still enjoyed ourselves! We then dropped Nikki off and headed to Wendy's and the boys helped me finish the cake...it was so good!

Sunday, Amelia and Ed invited me over for dinner with Steph, Kevin & Loren, we played a game then headed to church for the Temple Fireside. It was a good night. My VT gave me a gift before as well. So sweet.

Monday, "The Girls" (Katelyn & Janessa) & Aaron, arranged for some of us to go to Moxies, eat white chocolate brownies and then go bowling! It was very fun! The brownie is very good but I didn't realize that there was a smaller size and I had already eaten dinner, and couldn't even get halfway through the brownie, thank goodness for friends that have an appetite. We headed to Rev's and bowled, we had to wait an hour because Monday night is league night apparently:) Everyone had nicknames and there is a rule now, that whoever gets a strike, you spin on your back. I did get a strike but i couldn't spin for the life of me...it was sad...haha.

Tuesday, March 17th! My girls (Nikki, Gab, Jenn S, Shelley H. & Mama Meaker) and I went out to Ol' Spaghetti Factory and near dessert time, I was surprised with an ice cream cake!!! Can you believe it...they love me so much and remembered what I love the most.

I was very blessed to be shown what great friends I have been blessed with. I have some really good new & old friends and I have to say that my birthday was wonderful. I didn't want to acknowledge my age but I didn't mind anymore and I'm slowly getting used to it.
2009, is turning out to be a fun, eventful year!
